What will funding be used for?
  • Sales and Marketing: We will invest in targeted sales and marketing campaigns aimed at property management companies and real estate developers/architects to expand OurSpace's reach and attract new communities.
  • Platform Development: Funding will support the development of our core platform, community powerups and marketplace, AI infrastructure and agentic networks. Platform will tend towards adapting community and collaboration open source support projects (LangChain, Signal, Discord, Bluesky, X Community Notes, custom AI community models)

Ukrainian Roots/American Flowers
Sasha was born in Odessa Ukraine in 1971, and at 8 emigrated to Detroit, Michigan. My father fixed laundromat machines and then was an electrical engineer at Ford/Visteon. My mother was an aesthetician for rich suburban Detroit ladies of leisure. My grandparents rasied me while mom and dad worked.
The UM/Apple Years
I started programming at 12 in Mr. Blanzy's math class at Avery Middle School in Oak Park Michigan on an Apple computer. After University of Michigan (BSc '93) I landed in Cupertino and then Austin at Apple Computer Inc. I met the coolest people on the planet (like Carl, Ben, William & Jack) there.
